The Mercy Employee Assistance Program (EAP) call center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you, your family, and your co-workers through personal and professional challenges. Mercy provides immediate, on-the-phone assistance or schedule off-site sessions for you and your family. Services are free and confidential.
