GroupCast is Here!

Earlier this fall, LSS rolled out a new LSS and community alert system called GroupCast. Through this system LSS and LSS communities can reach employees through text, voice call, or email with important information. GroupCast is used to communicate emergencies such as fire, power outage, missing person, and more. In addition, it is also used to remind employees of events such as townhall meetings or deadlines like the text sent about annual enrollment to benefit eligible employees.

This month, LSS has expanded this system to be used to communicate with residents and their families as well.

To make sure you are connecting with LSS and your community, office, or location, please take a few minutes to log into Workday and make sure that your phone number and email on file are correct.
