Kronos Upgrade is LIVE

The Kronos version 8.1 upgrade is complete, and we are officially live on the new system. Desktop access of Kronos may now be resumed.

What’s new with Kronos?

Really just the look and feel. The overall functionality of Kronos will still be familiar to those who have used it in the past.

I’m an hourly employee – how does the upgrade affect me?

Hourly employees who have their own designated LSS desktops or laptops, as well as a group of Affordable Housing employees, will be able to clock in and out using those desktop or laptop devices. You will still be able to clock at a time clock, but this new functionality gives you an additional choice for where you can stamp your time. Please refer to the email communication distributed on 5/29/18 for further information.

I’m a salaried employee – how does the upgrade affect me?

Timecards for salaried employees will no longer require the employee’s approval and will no longer require the supervisor’s approval in Kronos before being processed for payroll. Please refer to the email communication distributed on 5/29/18 for further information.

I’m a Manager, Superuser or Scheduler – how does the upgrade affect me?

The Relias training that was assigned to you on 5/15/18 and was due to be completed by 6/1/18 details the changes in the new system that will impact you. Please complete this required coursework if you have not already.

What if I still have questions or need assistance?

There are Job Aids to assist you on LSS Link, that may be found here. For technical or password reset questions with Kronos, please contact the LSS Help Desk at 314.446.2400. For all other inquiries, please reach out to your Supervisor or Community Superuser.

We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to improve our LSS Technology.
