LSS-wide Be Active Challenge

Registration Begins on February 15
Join us for an LSS-wide Be Active wellness challenge! Take small steps toward better health. Being at work doesn’t have to equal inactivity. The Be Active challenge is a four-week program designed to encourage lifestyle activity habits by trying to find ways to incorporate more movement into your everyday life.

When: The challenge runs from 3/1/2019 through 3/28/2019.

How to participate: Sign into your SimplyWell portal and register for the challenge under Well-being section. Registration starts on 2/15/19 and ends on 3/15/19.

How it works: Track your active days online in SimplyWell by giving yourself one challenge point for taking the stairs, being physically active, or by parking farther away from your destination to get more steps in. Reach 20 challenge days by the end of four-week challenge for a chance to win a prize at your community. Daily max challenge points: 1 per day.
