LSSLink Kudos

Every day LSS staff is going above and beyond to give residents and clients the best opportunities to live life to the fullest. Oftentimes residents and their families reach out to thank LSS communities and staff, here’s a roundup of recent kudos from around LSS:

Laclede Groves Gaslight Square and Ballpark Village staff have been making an impression on families as have the grounds and buildings:

“Please accept my heartfelt thanks for the professionalism and compassionate care my mom received from the nursing staff in the Ballpark Village during the last days of her soul’s journey here on earth. Not only did the nurses care for my mom, they cared for my daughters and me during those days we spent at her side. A standing ovation to those very special persons who came into the lives of my mom, my daughters, my brother, and me. They made a difference and continue to make a difference every single day in the lives of families.”

“I cannot thank you enough for the care the staff on Gaslight Square provides for my mother. They always see to go above and beyond. But then I always meet such pleasant, friendly staff at Laclede Groves that I walk out wondering how you find such an outstanding group of people. Thank you. Thank you.”

“The staff at Laclede Groves’ Crossing takes good care of my Aunt. Thank you!”

“Thank you for such a great community. Not only do you take fantastic care of my mom but it is so enjoyable to be there. The family loves to sit in (and outside) the Bistro and visit with her or merely walk around the grounds.”

Lenoir Woods REACH staff recently heard from a family about the excellent care they provided:

“Thank you to all the nursing and support staff who participated in caring for our loved one while in your community. The care was excellent and your thoughtfulness was outstanding and greatly appreciated.”

Praise for Westfield Manor has been pouring since the handling of an active situation in a nearby apartment caused an evacuation of the community:

“Thank you for making me feel at home. Your kindness means so much.”

“We all appreciate everything you do for us. We feel loved, safe, happy, and content living here.”

“Thank you to the staff and nurse. I am so grateful for your kindness.”

“You guys rock as the teens would say. I thank all of you for the way you took yesterday’s incident well and made us feel protected. Thank you.”

“Thanks to staff and residents for my memorable visit last month. I know after being there that you all look after my sister.”

These notes are just a few of many that LSS receives. If your community receives kudos for a job well done, please share them with info@LSSLiving.org to post on LSSLink!
