Make a Shortcut to Your Favorite LSSLink Site

So you’ve been given access to a site on LSSLink. You’ve been there once, but you’re worried you’ll never be able to find your way back. Never fear, shortcuts are here!

1.  Using Internet Explorer, go to the site you want to be able to access more easily.

2.  Shrink the size of your Internet Explorer window so that you can see part of your desktop.

a.  Go to the upper right hand corner of the window and click the middle button, it will look like this 

3.  Go to the top of your Internet Explorer window and find the tiny icon at the start of your address bar.

a.  On most LSSLink pages, it will look like or  

4.  Click and drag that icon onto your desktop to create a shortcut to the page you’re on.

a.  Hold down the left mouse button while your cursor is over the icon. Then, move your cursor to your desktop and release the mouse button.

Now, anytime you double click on that new shortcut icon, it’ll take you right back to your site!
