Your brand is what people say about you when you’re not in the room. Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, said this and it’s a great reminder of how all-encompassing a brand truly is. Every interaction a resident, potential resident, or prospective employee has with LSS and with the LSS team is a reflection of our brand and part of the LSS experience.
Another part of the LSS experience is the LSS look – our LSS Tree Heart logo and LSS blue. We use these to strive to be consistent in delivering the look of LSS through following our brand guidelines and including branding opportunities where it’s appropriate. This consistency is important as it creates name recognition throughout the areas and populations we serve.
The LSS look and feel come together to create our brand. The LSS brand is about excellence and providing those we encounter the best opportunity to live a vibrant and fulfilling life. This not only includes the older adults we serve, but also our employees.
