Performance Appraisals Move to Workday

Fall Performance Appraisals are just around the corner and changes have been made to improve this process. Performance Appraisals have been moved to Workday and will no longer be done manually. This will cut down on the administrative work and data entry that was required with the old documents.
Appraisals will be available to complete in each manager’s Workday inbox starting August 3. After completion and calibration, employees will be able to add comments and acknowledge the appraisal in Workday. Moving forward, appraisals will be stored in Workday for future reference.
The training course Completing Performance Appraisals in Workday is almost finished.
