Tax Forms Related to Medical Benefits Available March 2

If you were eligible for LSS medical insurance for any month in 2017, you will receive a 1095-C tax document within Workday on March 2nd. This ACA-related document provides information on your 2017 medical insurance coverage for you and your dependents through LSS.

While the information on these documents may assist you in preparing your 2017 tax return, they are not required to file your taxes. You do not need to wait for these documents to arrive before filing your tax return. In addition to being accessible online through Workday, your 1095-C form will be mailed to your home (post-marked by no later than March 2nd), if you have not yet opted out of receiving a paper copy of your 1095-C. Instructions for opting out are below…

  • Log in to Workday
  • Click your face in the top right corner
  • View Profile
  • Select Related Actions by clicking the dots by your name
  • In the Benefits Section, select “Change 1095-C Printing Election”
