Updating Your Contact Info in Workday

Maintaining your contact information in Workday ensures that you won’t miss out on important communications from LSS. Follow these step-by-step instructions to update your contact information.

Here’s how:

  1. From the Home Page, click on the Personal Information worklet.
  2. In the box titled Change, click on Contact Information.
  3. If you see accurate and up-to-date information, just exit to the home screen by clicking on the House icon or the Workday icon.
  4. If you need to update the information, click the Edit button.
  5. To change information listed, click on the edit icon next to the information to be changed.
    **Note: When editing a phone number, make sure to add an area code in the area code field. Do not include area code in the phone number field.
  6. Click Submit.
